Business Meeting

Due to a declining number of attendees, our Business Meetings will now be held at various members' homes and will be held only 3 or 4 times per year. Dates and locations will be posted through the Ride Calendar, as well as e-mail notification to all members.

 

*    When held, meeting commences at 7:00 pm

 

This meeting is open to members only as agenda items include planning and organizing rides and social events.  All members are encouraged to attend to participate in the democratic process of our Chapter.

General Membership Meeting

The General Membership Meeting is held at the ABC Country Restaurant (next to Michaels North Nanaimo) the 3^rd Saturday of the month.

*    Breakfast at 8:30 am

*    Meeting commences at 9:30 am

All members and VISITORS are welcome as this is more of a social gathering before our ride.  Come on out and give us a try. 

In 2009 we're continuing our volunteer ride schedule ...

 

There's no set schedule of events and rides, but we're hoping that members will volunteer to host a social or head a ride and fill the calendar that way.  The onus then falls on each and every one of our members to keep their Chapter active.
